Such an unexpected surprise! We were upgraded to a room that exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable, the rain shower was amazing, and the breakfast service was wonderful. The projector in the room was a unique feature that allowed me to watch TV and movies in a truly immersive way. The hotel staff were excellent, delivering breakfast to our room every morning at our chosen time. The location was superb, within walking distance of everything. We didn't need a taxi during our entire stay. The iMovie room was great, with a projector to watch movies and a relaxing jacuzzi. The room was comfortable, unique, and clean. The mini fridge was restocked daily, and the customer service was phenomenal. The staff even provided a mobile phone for free calls while in the city.

Had a great Easter break at this hotel. The rooms had really cool themes and offered great facilities like hot tubs and massage chairs. The location was perfect, with all the major attractions within walking distance. We especially liked the breakfast in bed option and the daily restocking of the mini fridge.

The in-room lighting was a bit too dim and hard to control. the noise from the nearby street can be a bit disturbing at night.

The room was gorgeous and had excellent facilities. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's key location allowed us to walk everywhere no matter the temperature. We loved the spa bath and sauna, it was a unique experience.

There was a loud rumbling noise during our stay that woke us up a few times during the night. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
